All rooms are south-facing with a balcony offering a view of the mountains. Unfortunately, the road is also to the south. In order to make sure you can sleep in peace, we have installed noise-insulated windows. However, the Ultimo road is no urban main street or motorway with intense traffic.

All our sunny rooms with chill lounge have the same layout and features. Thanks to the mains insulation the rooms are free of electro-radiation: this guarantees a deep and recreational sleep.

With the window closed, it transforms into a cosy lounge finished in Swiss stone pine wood – warm, welcoming and perfect for unwinding.

This way, all our rooms become special comfort spaces, offering a higher level of quality. More room, more cosiness, and an even stronger Unterpichl feeling.

Tourist tax for persons from 14 years – 3.60 € per day and person.

Inviting. Light-flooded. Timeless. With a view outside and nature inside. A retreat for us and our guests. We have designed Hotel Unterpichl in this way, together with architect Zeno Bampi from South Tyrol.

The building impresses with its facade and round shapes inside. This makes the ambience softer, more comfortable, and more inviting. Numerous people who see a picture of our hotel automatically feel attracted by it and want to spend their holiday right here: this makes us proud.
